Project Delivery Approach

Historical Context

The context of project delivery has evolved over time, with the increasing complexity of computer code in industry. As a result, a holistic approach to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) has become necessary, including a comprehensive approach to testing that covers all aspects of software development.

This approach includes various types of testing, such as Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration, Penetration, User Acceptance, Business Acceptance, and Operations Acceptance. It's essential to ensure that testing is an integral part of project delivery, which has led to the development of more structured approaches to testing within the SDLC.

Our project delivery approach model addresses the challenge of final business user sign-off from a testing perspective. This is often the most difficult part of the project, as it can be hard to achieve the sign-off due to issues such as the solution not meeting expectations or not aligning with the business requirements. However, with our approach model, the final sign-off becomes a formality, as the business has been involved in the entire process. This simplifies the project sign-off, as issues have already been dealt with in the earlier phases.

Our approach ensures that the designers, developers, support team, business users, and testing team are all satisfied with the solution, and real business issues are effectively addressed and resolved.
